My Analog Babies!

It's always fun to go against the flow. Just like now, instead of saving money to get a decent DSLR, I have been splurging my salary on analog cameras. I currently have four analog cameras three of which was purchased within the last three months. I know, it's like throwing away money but hey, I am happy with my collection and hobby. I am broke at times but I can manage, there's a lot of cheap places to eat. Since my collection is growing as time goes by, I decided to give a name to each of my camera. So, here they are... Meet my babies... (Mouse-over the pictures to see their names and models.)

Mika | Ricoh XR-500 | Rikenon P Zoom 35-70mm Macro 1:35-4.5

Chekwa | Nikon F70 | Tokina AF 28-210mm 1:3.5-5.6

Jennie | FishEye2

Kirsten | Holga 120FN

Ask her out!

Hey, what's up?

I hope you're all good.

Do you have anywhere to go this coming weekend?

Sorry but I don't have anything to purchase from you as of the moment, well, until you have the flash I want to have.

Maybe we can have coffee or dinner some where.

Say, ATC on Saturday night?

What do you think?

I know it's crazy for me to ask you out just like that.

I just don't have anywhere to go and you were the first person who crossed my mind to ask.

Why you?

I don't know.

I think I like you.

I mean, yeah, I like you.

Maybe this time we could meet up without having to talk about business related stuff.

We're both crazy about cameras, right?

Maybe we can share tips and tricks as to how we can make our photographs better.

Oh shit. What the hell am I talking about.

Don't get me wrong.

But, can we go out?

***Dream on Keith! You can't say that line to her! You're just a big jerk.

Funky Feeling!

This is freakingly weird. This girl keeps crossing my mind like every after five minutes. I login to one of my favorite forum site and I see her face right smack in the header of the page. I login to Multiply and I see her face right smack in the list of recent updates.

I fear rejection. The difference is like heaven and hell...

f_plaster.gif I guess I should just shut up. Keep everything to myself and just stop.

My dog is missing!

I might call-in absent tomorrow. I need to look for my dog. He's gone missing since this afternoon. Mom just found out when my dad and I got home. I miss seeing my dog bumming around the house. Sigh...

Basti!

Three's a crowd

Met up with some college friends last Saturday at Mall of Asia. It's been like ages since we all got to hang out. Eric and Badge was suppose to be there but they backed out the very last minute for some strange reason. But anyway, it's all good. It's nice catching up with these two guys. Here's some update about the three of us.

Upper is still working with OctoberEighty Publications. She used to be the Managing Editor of Bounce Magazine. She still drives Bitoy, a Suzuki Vitara that we have been using since college. She really doesn't eat meat. Which doesn't really show at all. Lol. Just kidding Upper!

George is still a Promo-Producer for Studio 23. If you are big fan of Studio 23, most the teasers that they have for their programs were conceptualized and edited by George. He's freakingly thin because of stress I think. But his creative juice is still flowing.

Keith, it's me. I'm still a Technical Support Specialist for PeopleSupport. Nothing much has changed since we last went out. Well, aside from the fact that I grew my hair. I used to shave my head like once every two weeks back in college. I also shave my goatee now. I am planning to move to a different company but I feel to lazy to come up with my updated resume and write a resignation letter. I'm having second thoughts about leaving PeopleSupport anyway, but, we'll see, say, in two months.

Hopefully, the next time we go out, I am expecting a lot more than three people.

You can go to my Gallery to see more of the pictures. Lomo shots to follow.

Irony of life

It's not the sadness.

It's not the fear of being alone.

It's accepting the fact that even if there's a lot of people in the world, not one of them is fighting their way to be with you…
